Time blindness is the inability to sense the passing of time and can make many aspects of life more difficult. Someone will time-blindness might have difficulty estimating time which makes creating a realistic schedule hard.

This month's Mindful Strategy is:
track your time.

Chronically late for work? Keep a log of your commute for one week and see how long it actually takes you from door to door.

Many people who struggle with time-blindness forget to include parking, the walk from the train, and travel to the bus in their commute.
