Young Adults with ADHD:
Develop the Skills to Thrive in Group Therapy

Mindful Speech offers a group for young adults with ADHD who are college age (18-22 years old) to help you figure out the transition from the structure of high school to the wonderful world of college and work. You’ll meet weekly with other young adults with ADHD.

In these groups you will gain:

Practice building structure in your life to help you meet your own definition of success.

Clarity on your personal, school, and professional priorities.

Increased confidence in communicating, planning, and so much more.

A community of peers that will help you realize just how wonderful you are.

Is ADHD causing you to get behind on deadlines, do your work last minute, and struggle with the transition to adulthood

Behind on submitting assignments,

stressed and overwhelmed by writing essays,

or maybe even delaying starting classes back up. Again.

Sound familiar?

If you have found the transition from the structure of home and high school to the independence of college and work stressful, you aren’t alone.

Many young adults struggle with this big adjustment - especially those with ADHD. You might be feeling burnt out, stuck, and maybe even confused with this transition.

I know that you can make it through this transition. Our College Students with ADHD group can provide you with the skills, tools, and community to support you.

I’m Hollis, and I can help you gain skills to communicate effectively, gain clarity on your priorities, and master this transition to adulthood.

I understand that struggling with college and work as a young adult might have you feeling inadequate. You might even be at a loss for how to get started making changes in your life.

The teens and adults I have worked with have learned to thrive with ADHD - just like you will.

Worried about the price?

Joining a group does cost money and that can be a hard decision for many to make. However, it is worth the investment if you crave accountability, tools, and a community of other young adults with ADHD. Also, who knows what increased success at work and school might mean for your bank account long-term!

Think you don’t have the time?

Committing to this hour once a week can save you hours and hours every week by helping you focus on your priorities.

Joining a group will help you save time cobbling together resources that you find online or from books that don’t seem to help long-term.

Worried that this won’t work because
nothing else has?

If you are ready to commit to meeting once a week with a group of other awesome young adults with ADHD, it can work for you. In our initial consultation, we will discuss what you are hoping to get out of the group and we will decide together if it is the right fit for you.

This consultation is completely free and there is no pressure to schedule after our consultation.

Not sure if the group is a good fit for you? Schedule a consultation to make sure!

Don’t add “schedule a consultation” to your never-ending to-do list, just sign up now!
