Stop Falling Behind.
Find More Success at Work.
I help professionals who identify as female learn how to plan ahead, organize their time, and prioritize so they can stop running on fumes.
My clients struggled like you do now. Despite being smart, hard-working, and having a prestigious job, life is hard.
When my clients first arrive, they say things like:
I have “difficulty staying on topic”
I “get feedback that my emails and presentations are too long and seem scattered.”
I have “trouble planning ahead for big projects”
I have difficulty “finishing tasks all the way”
and “I spend time on less important things and end up working late to catch up every week.”
Sound familiar?
When they first come in, they don’t have time to do what they want, like relax or spend time with their loved ones. But they also don’t have the time to do the things that would help, like planning ahead, meditating, and recharging.
They feel like everyone else got the rulebook on how to plan and prioritize, except for them. They often work very long hours and feel overwhelmed by the amount of work they have to do.
They may have gotten a diagnosis of ADD/ADHD or suspect that they have similar tendencies but don’t know what to do next.
Their difficulty being efficient at work gets in the way of the life that they want.
They aren’t the kind of employee, coworker, or boss that they want to be. They feel like they are failing and their confidence in their professionalism is tanking.
And because they are always catching up with work, they can’t be the partner, mother, or friend that they want to be.
Before working together, they worried that they were just too lazy or not smart/motivated/fill-in-the-blank enough to be successful in their career. They were pretty certain they would always be behind.
Stress was mandatory.
Like my clients, you deserve to be organized enough with your time that you can take a breath, plan ahead, and *shocker* even eat your lunch.
